Paddy Keenan will lead the opening concert for the Brendan and Martin Mulvihill Traditional Music Week in Glin, honoring and remembering Brendan. Paddy Keenan played with Brendan on several occasions over the decades. John Paul Reynolds of the musical Mulvihill/Reynolds family will join Paddy. John Carty, Angelina Carberry, Dan Brouder, Willie Kelly of New York and a student of Martin, and Donna Long - who performed with Brendan for over a decade - will also perform in the opening concert. Jesse Smith, a student of Brendan and his “stepson” will come to Glin at the end of the week to play in the end of the week concert.
